Too Hot to Handle, Hot Card!

The Hot Card of the Week was brought to you by The Write Image in Rockville, Maryland. This awesome card was created from two separate pieces from our Wedding album and from our Bar/Bat Mitzvah Volume II book. The custom die-cut name and the printed photo layer really make this invitation truly personal. The party card was designed with Jacob's golf interest in mind.

 Our two color letterpress paired with a printed liner is an excellent example of traditional style with a creative personal flair. A patterned liner is a great way to incorporate your artistic side within the invitation.

Extremely unique three layer wedding invitation with two custom die-cuts. One die-cut accents the couple's names and the other focuses on the city where the wedding was held which was San Francisco. Maybe we should say "die-cute."

A great fall wedding invitation! The large square with the bold fall leaves pattern tucked behind the die-cut names adds levels of dimension that really make this invitation pop.

Sewing! We love the look of hand stitched invitations and accessory pieces.

This wedding invitation is custom ply which is when two papers are fused together to create a thicker invitation. The custom ply adds a luxurious weight to the invitation and the die-cut gate adds the dimension.

It's Wedding Season!

Wedding season is in full bloom around our office and we wanted to share a few of our favorite wedding invitations. This season we have seen a lot of yellows, floral themes and tons of super creative suites.  It is always so refreshing to see clients choose wedding invitations that truly reflect their personal style.

Did You Know? Custom Graffiti Art Trend in Invitations

I'm spotting a trend over here at LV and I wanted to let the world know.

We're starting to see more and more graffiti art in invitations.

It all started with this invitation, which quickly became one of our best selling designs of all time. 

We love it, and I think it's easy to see why: Luscious Verde can customize the invitation's art to include any motif--from musical instruments to sports equipment and everything in between.  

Here's that guitar graffiti art again, but done in a really interesting colorway--copper and black. 

Gotta love that!

And here's where it gets really custom. This invitation's graffiti started with a drawing that our customer supplied us with. Then our artists did their magic on it, creating the color scheme, sprucing it up a bit and finally, turning it into a die cut piece for use on the front of the invitation and the party card.

This Bat Mitzvah invitation evokes the graffiti feel with the use of a special typestyle 

that was used to create a double layer diecut of the Bat Mitzvah girl's name.

Did You Know? Wrap Around Address Label Stickers

I'm back today with my favorite kinda post, a "Did You Know?" posting.

Today I want to tell you about Luscious Verde's Wrap Around Address Label Stickers.

Why?

Because they're HOT!

It's standard practice with invitations and announcements to have a printed return address on the back of an envelope. Everybody knows that.

But how about adding another element of your design/theme to your envelope? And not in an ordinary kind of way, either. Sure, you can print that design element right onto the envelope, but it stands out so much more in wrap around sticker form.
